New Patient Clarity Assessment
$500
The first step for every new patient. We begin with an in-depth look at your history, symptoms, and goal. Then we’ll order the labs that make sense for you (cost of labs included). We meet again to walk through your results together and map out a clear plan for your next steps.
30 Minute Follow-up Visit
$150
A focused check-in for established patients. We’ll review how your feeling, go over any recent labs, refill medications as appropriate, and adjust your plan as needed.
60 Minute Follow-up
$300
An extended visit for established patients requiring deeper work. We’ll take time to dig into complex results, address multiple concerns, or build out the next phase of your plan.
